The 'Adopt a Library' scheme allows an individual, a community, an organisation or a company to fully sponsor the creation of a brand-new cupboard or exist cupboard.
By adopting an existing cupboard, you ensure the village's reading spirit never fades. Your sponsorship directly funds a massive restock of fresh, in-demand books and covers the complete repair or replacement of the wooden cabinet to keep it safe, sturdy, and weatherproof.
You fund the ecosystem, and Panaluan handles the implementation.
What does the sponsor get?
Naming Rights: A permanent, custom-engraved plaque on the front of your sponsored Sopo (e.g., "Sponsored by [Your Company/Name]").
Brand Visibility: Your logo/name printed on a sticker inside the cover of every single book in that Sopo.
Official Documentation: A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Certificate of Appreciation for your CSR portfolio.
Social Media Exposure: Dedicated posts on Panaluan’s official channels highlighting your contribution.
Bi-Annual Impact Reports: Receive data on book circulation, community engagement metrics, and photos/videos every June and December.
Empowering Local Craftsmen: Local carpenter fees in Toba and surrounding areas.
How does it work?
The Pledge: You commit the funds.
The Build: Panaluan hires local craftsmen, curates the books, and secures a strategic village location.
The Launch: We inaugurate the library, place your branding, and send you the opening documentation.
The Maintenance: Our volunteers continuously manage the library and run reading events.
Honor your loved one by making an honorary or memorial gift by adopting a cupboard!
